Centre Manager
ApplySupport the planning and implementation of the Aistear Curriculum across the service.
Responsible for ensuring the overall wellbeing and development of the children attending.
Support and manage staff to ensure quality early years' education and care is delivered.
General staff mgmt responsibilities including annual leave, team briefs, reviews and appraisals.
Ensure good partnership with parents is maintained through creating friendly atmosphere and effective communication.
Maintain all regulated and policy paperwork as required.
Following all guidelines and regulations/legislation.
Complete weekly/monthly financial tasking. Ensuring service remains financially stable and sustainable.
Manage the NSC funding, liaise with Pobal to maximise funding and cost effectiveness for parents.
Complete monthly reporting to the board and maintain effective communication on the services performance.
Liaise with and support all external services in relation to children's needs and support any children with additional needs.
Minimum Level 7 QQI childcare
Experience with financial software Sage and Thesaurus an advantage
Previous experience in a deputy or manager role, or room leader in a large service
